For independent community pharmacies

QSPP-ready, without the after-hours admin.

Countersigns gets independent pharmacies ready for their QSPP accreditation assessment — registers, records and evidence organised remotely, so your team can stay on the floor.

Done remotely, by video and shared folders. Anything clinical is reviewed and signed off by your pharmacist.

Why now

A new program. The same busy team.

  • QSPP started on 1 October 2026.

It replaced QCPP, and pharmacies are now assessed against a new standard, AS 85000:2024.

  • The work lands on one person.

Usually someone already busy on the floor, who ends up catching up on paperwork after close.

  • Assessment day shouldn’t be a scramble.

When evidence is spread across folders, inboxes and drawers, it’s hard to find when the assessor asks.

How it works

Three steps, all done remotely.

  1. Step 1: Gap Check

A 45-minute video call and a written report showing what’s ready, what’s missing and what to fix first.

  2. Step 2: Readiness Sprint

Over 2–3 weeks, we organise your registers, records and evidence so they’re ready for assessment day.

  3. Step 3: Care plan

A monthly top-up keeps your evidence current and gets you ready for the mid-cycle review.

About

Hi, I’m [YOUR NAME].

[ONE LINE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE]

I started Countersigns to take accreditation admin off busy pharmacy teams. I’m not a pharmacist. I look after the systems and records, and your pharmacist signs off anything clinical.

I’m based in Mango Hill, Queensland, and work with pharmacies Australia-wide by video.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Are you a pharmacist?

No. I handle the systems and records. Your pharmacist reviews and signs off anything clinical.

Do you work with Guild members?

Yes. The Guild gives advice and templates. Countersigns does the hands-on admin.

Do you need access to patient records?

No, and please don’t send any.

Can you guarantee we’ll pass?

No one can. Accreditation decisions are made by the assessor. We make sure your evidence is organised and complete.

Do you come on site?

No. Everything is done by video and shared folders.

What if I’m not happy with the Gap Check?

You get a full refund if you cancel before the call, or if your report isn’t delivered within 10 business days of the call. See the Gap Check terms.
